What areas do you service?

We service all of the South East Melbourne, South Melbourne, Morning Peninsula, South Gippsland and surrounding suburbs. We can travel anywhere, however a small call out fee may apply. Just touch base and we will provide you with a quote. Recent jobs have included:

Can you weigh anywhere?

Almost anywhere. All we need is a flat level area. The flatter the ground, the more accurate the weight readings are. Our scales are accurate to the kilogram when level. Being mobile, we are flexible and can travel to an area that is convenient for you.

Does the trailer or van need to hooked up to the tow vehicle?

Yes. We weigh the vehicle while hitched up and again when unhitched. This helps us determine the tow ball weight, the axle weights. and the impact to the tow vehicle. We also weigh the tow ball weight when unhitched.

Should I load the car and van?

Ideally the vehicle and van would be loaded as you would normally travel to give you true weights. We can also add weights when necessary to help simulate your normal travel. If you normally tow with your tanks full, its a good idea to have them full when we get there. We can then look at the impact of the water on the tow ball and see how the van tows.

Do you explain all the weights to us?

Absolutely. We will give you as much detail as you need and we break down in a simple and clear way. Its definitely easier to understand the weights when you see the impact on your own vehcile and caravan.

What payments do you accept?

We take mobile payments onsite using Cash, Credit Card, Debit Card or Direct Deposit. We can invoice commercial customers with payment terms that meet your needs.
